This document contains the terms and conditions governing 2k26 platform usage by users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 2k26 platform—including the website, mobile app, or any related services—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 2k26 platform. Continued use after any amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 2k26 platform is only for individuals who have reached the legal age of majority according to laws at their place of residence. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local laws. 2k26 may request age verification at any time.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and the management of the 2k26 platform. Any disputes arising from platform use will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanisms set out herein.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
To access the full 2k26 services, users must register an account providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Each individual is allowed only one active account. Multiple accounts under the same person are prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
Users agree to provide the following information during registration: valid full name, accurate date of birth, active phone number, and personal bank account details for withdrawals. Any false or inaccurate information may result in account termination.
Password Security
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. 2k26 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or other channels. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
All transactions and actions performed through your account are considered to be carried out by the legitimate account holder. 2k26 is not responsible for any losses resulting from third-party use of your account due to your own negligence.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
Permitted Use
Users agree to use the 2k26 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You are not permitted to use this platform for any activity that violates local or international law, or that may compromise the safety, integrity, or reputation of the platform.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to cheat, impersonate another person, or use someone else's information without authorisation.
- Engaging in any actions that may disrupt, cause interference, or affect system performance.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts to others.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any suspicious financial activities.
- Accessing restricted platform areas via unauthorized technical methods.
2k26 may take action against any accounts suspected of violating these terms, including immediate suspension without prior notice if a serious security threat is detected.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 2k26 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include internet banking via FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Available payment options may change from time to time; users are advised to check their account deposit page for the latest information.
Deposit Process
Successful deposits are credited to your account wallet once payment has been confirmed by the payment service provider. 2k26 is not responsible for any delays caused by technical issues on the part of your bank or third-party eWallet provider. If your deposit has not been credited within a reasonable time, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered under the same name as the 2k26 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. 2k26 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving withdrawals above certain limits or under circumstances that require further validation.
All confirmed transactions are final. Users are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming deposits or withdrawals. 2k26 will not reverse completed transactions except as stipulated by platform policy.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
The 2k26 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability. 2k26 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses users may incur from using or being unable to use the platform, including technical disruptions, temporary loss of access, or content changes.
Account Suspension and Closure
2k26 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, manipulation, or money laundering activities.
- Providing false or inaccurate information during registration.
- Multiple accounts used by the same individual.
- Self-exclusion requests for personal reasons, including responsible gaming program enrollment.

Users whose accounts have been closed due to a terms violation are not permitted to register a new account without prior written approval from 2k26 management.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content without prior written permission from 2k26.

The 2k26 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers. 2k26 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk.
Terms Amendment
2k26 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately once published on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed of updates. Continued use of the platform after amendments are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes related to these terms or platform use should first be settled through negotiation. Failing resolution, disputes will be subject to the relevant Malaysian courts' jurisdiction.
